The so called Farnborough fans who kicked off against the Yeovil support in the car park are a disgrace to the club.
My 9 year old daughter was in tears getting caught up in the middle of it.
Absolute scum

Absolute scum We've heard about this. Utter scum. It's pathetic. No one likes to lose but just belt up. Yes, we gave a good account of ourselves and 3-1 was probably harsh and we could have gotten something out of it but they are a full time ex league outfit. You learn. It was good day all told, big crowd and generally all in good humour. But we need to kick these idiots into touch. No need for it. They are a stain on the club. They need to do something about it that isn't a 5 minute ban. Hope your daughter is OK.

Thank you.
Pretty sure the Slough Slugger who was apparently banned for life was back as well.

I was out there getting in the car with my young kids as it was happening, it was the usual lot. You’d have hoped they’d have learned after being banned after the Slough incident.
Simon Gardener was out there trying to get them to fuck off, felt sorry for him having to deal with that.

True, didn't see him there (just thought it was a life ban).
Some of the guys were apologetic when they realised my girl was there; the majority were not

Unfortunately, big games attract wannabes. What they wannabe is open to question. Get banned from watching football at any level or something?
The old-uns amongst us, including me, know that Yeovil and Farnborough fans have an excellent relationship. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. Hey ho, we share a beer afterwards, whatever the result. Looks like the stable hasn't been been cleared well enough to rid us of the numpties, so more work is required.

Sorry, I put this on the wrong thread, which didn't make sense. It's getting late for an old man!! So copied it here:
I did notice quite a large movement of the PRE boys at half time coming round past the big stand, and I wondered if the out one gate through the car park and in the other gate system was going to work, as suggested in an earlier posting.
Then I looked at the MRE and there wasn't a hint of movement from Yeovil supporters. They are obviously used to segregation and staying in the same spot.
If ours did go by the outside route, then I presume they occupied the Chairman's mound terrace, which would make them very close to Yeovil when coming out!
Pure assumption on my part of course, but if that did occur then much greater security is needed on that front for any future large attendance match.
We shouldn't 'have' to do it, and the vast majority of Yeovil supporters were decent and good people, supporting their very good team, and behaving themselves as we all should.
They, or any other club, shouldn't have to put up with these nutters who think it's clever to have a pop at opposition, and spoil such a great day for the club.
Regrettably, complete segregation may well turn out to be the only option in future, and keep our yoof held in the one section until they learn to behave.
One day they will pick on a club with some real nasties, and get the good battering they deserve, but Farnborough Football Club does not deserve to be involved with that either!
Things are going too well at Farnborough to let these numpties spoil it.

None of the fans from either side switched ends, especially not out through the car park. We don't allow that. The only trouble was outside in the car park which would have been no different had segregation been in place so not sure where you're going with that argument? A great atmosphere in the ground spoilt by a few idiots outside, all on film and now with the police.

What is going on down there, I thought you had banned these idiots after the Slough incident? Its the same idiots that were bouncing around like Tigger at Slough when trouble happened! Why ban them, then let them come back a few weeks later?! The sooner they get a proper slap the better i say, that’s the only way they will learn unfortunately!

Sorry but barring someone and letting them back in makes the club look like a sack of tw@s, especially when all they have done is say ‘sorry it won’t happen again’.
The club needs a zero tolerance policy on those who in a world of gloves are a pair of idiot mittens as otherwise it just attracts more of their ilk and the attention of ‘proper’ hoolies who fancy teaching some lessons in reality which will only end badly on them and worse for the club’s rep.

This is no excuse on Farnborough fans. But when Yeovil fans are walking past P. R. E and provoking the fans and getting up into people's faces. When scoring It would cause a few angry fans to kick off. We should use this as a platform for next season if we stay up and Woking come down because it could be worse. And should be segregated

Ok so I feel the need to answer some of these questions. Following the Slough trouble, 6 young supporters were identified goading the Slough players and supporters and causing the trouble that ensued. As far as we could tell from the unofficial footage that we had access to, only one punch was thrown by a Farnborough supporter, in contrast to the more aggressive reaction from the Slough supporters. That one punch was clearly in self defense. We were not allowed access to the official CCTV footage which was deemed property of Slough council, and was allegedly passed on to Thames Valley Police. There has been no follow up action from Thames Valley, so presumably no case to answer to. The 6 young supporters were immediately banned and then invited to an educational session held at the club by Hampshire Police Football Unit. There are no official banning orders by the police at our level, and this was seen as a proactive step to help stamp out the problem. 3 of the 6 attended the evening, along with several other young supporters who came along voluntarily. After serving further time on their bans, these three were allowed to return to matches under a probation, as determined by the directors. The lad who threw the punch has been exemplary with his behavior since. He travels to away matches on the minibus under my supervision, has never shyed away from any punishment, and as stated above, was not involved in the trouble yesterday in anyway. However, I am extremely disappointed that the other two were involved, having clearly not learned their lessons and having now failed their probationary period, will be banned indefinitely. One of the youths identified as being involved yesterday was one who is currently banned and obviously sneaked in yesterday as it was clearly busy at the turnstiles. The remaining youths are still to be identified. It's extremely difficult identifying people and obtaining contact details to issue banning orders, even with the help of the police. I personally feel very let down by this group of youngsters. We gave them a second chance and for me, they have ruined the day. I had actually asked Yeovil, prior to the match, for a pre season friendly, and this incident could now have jeapardised that request. We couldn't have made it any clearer that it was to be a family fun day with everyone enjoying it, regardless of the result.
