Todays winner was Rita Lewis, one of our wonderful bar crew, who won £180-00 with ticket number 13611.
Congratulations Rita, and thanks to everyone that contributed to this seasons record prize!

Can't be far off the all time record prize? Something like £200?

Yes, the biggest prize was v Hereford, when they were in their prime, with an attendance of over 800. The prize was £205 I believe.
In all the times of financial troubles and the ups and downs of the Club, the 50/50 has consistently stayed strong, which brings in good cash for the Trust to use for projects around the ground.
Seeing the improvements, rather than money going in to an unseen black hole, is good for the supporters, and makes it all worthwhile for FaST, who are grateful for the support.

Not forgetting the heavily subsidised transport to away matches, especially this cup run.

Yes, apologies Phil, I inadvertently forgot the great assistance from the FaST Board towards the coaches to Sutton, which enabled so many supporters to get to the game and spur the lads on.
I know discussions as to the Wrexham game are still ongoing between the two Clubs so, hopefully some news on that game will be forthcoming.
As an aside, I have been informed, and corrected, by the FaST Treasurer, that the highest match 50/50 pay out was £207 for the Barton Rovers game in the 2016/17 season.
This was followed by exactly £200 at the Hereford game in the 2017/18 season.
An interesting statistic is that average match pay outs for the last 6 seasons have been £93 per game, and for this season we are currently averaging £112-00, an incredible increase in these troubled times.
In all the 50/50 has raised over £15,000 for FaST funds over those years, which has enabled so much of the work in and around the stadium to be carried, for the benefit of you the supporters, and the Club in general.
It's why we have such an admired stadium by all visitors, and helps to attract some of the better players to Farnborough F.C.
It's all part of 'Team Farnborough', and I'm proud to be part of it, even though I officially retired two seasons ago, and got called back to help out after a nasty injury to my replacement! Get well soon Libby!!!!
Thanks must go to all that have bought tickets and those selling, folding tickets, and helping to cash up, Steve, Garry, Alan, Tom when he can get to games, and of course the inimitable Libby, plus all that have stood in to help when the needs arise.
Onwards and upwards and lets hope that £200 barrier can become a regular feature, and broken many times in the future!!
COME ON YOU YELLOWWSSAA!!

Incredible work from all involved that reflects in the upward spiral of the club. Proud to be a fan.
