Double check, all those hoping to use the rattlers!!
Other than that it's get there early and grab a parking spot locally!!

Hopefully there's enough interest to run a coach or two. Has the club had any response from Sutton about ticket allocation?

Now confirmed on multiple websites:
The RMT has said it is also planning strikes on Network Rail on 3, 5 and 7 November and, in a separate dispute, will take strike action on London Underground and Overground networks on 3 November.
Balls.

There are "intensive talks" scheduled for next week in an effort to have them called off. Seems there is more impetus to resolve on the part of Network Rail than previously.
London Waterloo to Farnborough were running during previous strikes as that particular Train Operating Company were not affected.
However, if the strike were to go ahead, it would definitely take out the Thameslink service I was planning to get to Sutton (via Elephant and Castle etc).
The other variable is that, knowing the RMT, if the government fell or gave in and called a general election in the interim, I suspect they would call the strikes off.

Strike off for tomorrow.
Now, can Network Rail get it together to run any trains? We shall see....
