There is also no bar for away fans, they are trying every trick in the book to get an advantage. Tin pot

The last thing that should be happening for this game is anyone making it difficult to achieve a full-house of support on both sides. Shameful...
I'm sure we'd be able to get 1600 paying fans through our turnstiles on the day provided sufficient communication about turning up early was given. And if necessary, delay kick-off for half an hour. Has been done loads of times.
Whichever way the result goes, at least we won't have to fanny around with such a shite club as H&Y next season!

What's the capacity of our stadium by comparison. Bit of bugger we didnt finish 2nd and the Boro fans wouldn't have to worry about scrambling for a ticket 6500 according to the league site.

What's the capacity of our stadium by comparison. It depends. We have approx. 2,350 seats, so it's then down to how the terrace capacity is calculated, while being mindful of the number of entrances/exits, etc. Some authorities could restrict the Moor Road End terrace quite severely as it's partly covered, arguing it ought to be limited to only those who can shelter in bad weather (I've heard of figures between 500 and 1,500). Then there's the Chairman's Mound terrace (the bit adjacent to the Moor Road End) that has the same issue. Then there's the flat bit to the right of the main stand (where there used to be a small terrace). I'd guess its capacity limit would be low. Which leaves the terraced part of the SWAN/John O'Hara stand which could easily take up to 1,000. So, before allowing for segregation requirements, I reckon the minimum capacity limit these days would be 3,800 and the maximum around 5,700. That said, the Farnborough FC Wikipedia page claims a 7,000 capacity, which would be a big stretch! For reference, our maximum "declared" attendance is 4,267 (v Ebbsfleet United)* *I recall the SWAN/John O'Hara stand was all seated at the time and, ahem, the match wasn't all ticket. We just let the turnstiles click away until we were told to stop by the police (people were still queuing outside the ground). The attendance was revised downwards towards the 4,250 limit that had been agreed with the authorities. I reckon the real attendance was well over 5,000.

There is also no bar for away fans, they are trying every trick in the book to get an advantage. Tin pot That's not the case at all. Hayes burnt most, if not all, the money from the sale of Church Road when groundsharing at various venues while, perhaps, spending too much on players' wages to try to maintain their status (Conference National at the time). After several years, the main stand at the Yeading FC site was finally ready for use and the ground could reopen. But, the big but, there was no money, so everything in the main stand structure was sold (I've heard movie producers use the interior space where the bars, etc, ought to be as film sets. Dunno if that's completely true). Either way, what is true is that Hayes don't own that building, they can only use the seats in front of it. Which is why part of the changing room area was converted into a tiny bar, so at least there's a bare minimum of facilities for supporters on matchdays. But, due to the bar's location and size, there's no chance it will be available to away supporters for matches when segregation is required.

The training ground and office scenes from Ted Lasso are filmed there. Sure that brings in a reasonable wedge... for someone.

Not to mention "Bend It Like Beckham", Keira Knightley's film debut, but that was Yeading's claim to fame, long before Hayes fans had even heard of a football club called Yeading ...

Queue is 80 deep and it’s only 6pm on the Friday… Looks like the allocation could sell-out by the time the shop closes today!

So, all tickets sold within 2 hours, apart from some held back for season ticket holders* and those who've confirmed bookings on the coaches.
*Another fan can have mine. I've got a ticket.
My understanding is any remaining unclaimed tickets will be available at noon on Saturday (please correct if I've got this wrong)

We will announce tonight exactly how many tickets that will be.

I thought I read somewhere that segregation at their ground only allows for a 50/50 split, therefore any spare tickets would have to be in the "home" end If they give us tickets for there then there is no longer segregation. Unless the powers that be rethink the capacity I don't think there will be any extras issued.

We had tickets that we had to hold back that would become available if Hayes didn't sell their allocation. It was hoped that some would be released, but unfortunately they sold out so we will no longer be opening tomorrow. We have had a total allocation of 690. Hayes have sold 800. Remaining 110 accounting for players, media and staff.
