This game has now been moved to Gloucester City's ground, which is 3G.
With Truro and Taunton now playing there, Gloucester are certainly taking advantage of the selling power of artificial pitches!!
Long midweek journey for Maidstone though. Hope it tires them out for Saturday!

I’m amazed there’s not a more practical option closer than Gloucester.

I’m amazed there’s not a more practical option closer than Gloucester. There's not much choice. Clubs such as Bath, Yeovil and Weston will be mindful that their pitches have had just as much rain as Taunton and would be very reluctant to potentially jeopardise their own fixtures at this late stage of the season. That leaves 3G pitches at grounds that meet National League requirements. Dorchester springs to mind, but does their ground currently meet the requirements? It probably would, but it won't have been inspected by the National League for many years and any previous approval may well have lapsed. Which leaves Gloucester.
