It's a bit ironic that Reading Ladies play, or did play, at Wycombe!!
I recall that when Reading ladies played here, there was some speculation, allegedly, that they wanted to buy Cherrywood, but that fizzled out when they realised it was RBC owned, and an obvious reluctance of Farnborough FC to become tennants in their own ground (look at the Kingstonian/AFC Wimbledon situation, and how that turned out).
I presume that was one reason they moved on to Wycombe!!
This guy is obviously desperate for some quick cash to bat off a few debts!!

From memory, when the contract came up for renewal, Reading acted like a sack of tw@ts in negotiations and were demanding we essentially pay them to allow them to use our own facilities (they wanted ALL revenues from hospitality/ bar, food etc.) and figured we would roll over and take it - however it made no business sense so they were told in no uncertain terms what their offer was thought of, to which Reading said they would go off to Wycombe who would happily agree to their terms - at that point Wycombe were in great danger of going to the wall, so Reading preyed on their desperation... Since then Wycombe have been bought by US investment funds and seem to be in a sensible upwards trajectory whilst Reading...
