If it doesn't stop bloody raining we will be doing a Taunton!!
Match on, my prediction 2105. If it's off and we have to play on Tuesday in April then 1500, but if they are going for the Championship then 3500!!
Lets pray for the rain Gods to help us.
I heard of a great quip on a Yeovil forum discussing Saturday.. Farnborough is good for the Air show, and worth a visit, but the best thing about Farnborough is ....it isn't Aldershot!!! I'm liking them already!!

I'm liking them already!! You said to me last week that if there was no UK aviation, there would be no Farnborough, and instead we'd be a suburb of Aldershot. Thank goodness for aviation! Anyway, I believe the record attendance is something like 4K, and I don't imagine we'll reach that. On purely footballing perspective, I reckon we'll get 1500, but that will be bumped up because of the family fun day, so perhaps the low end of 2K. That would make a good change, and will probably be our best attendance since Ebbsfleet. UTFB 💛💙

I think circa 700 Yeovil supporters and with fun day and it being Yeovil and no rain due on Saturday afternoon I reckon we will pull in circa 1200, so I’ll go 1900.
Anything over 2000 would be a success in my book, anything over 2500 would be a fantastic result for the club.

According to the BBC, quite a lot more rain still to come.....would be a real blow to have the game off tomorrow but not sure I like the chances......

One day to go, still.....
Am I being too optimistic or should I lower my expectations of it being on?

Doom and gloom speculation is pointless.
Yes rain is forecast overnight. 0.2" of it, so not exactly an indunation, just regular rain for this time of year. I've no doubt the Club will be pulling out all the stops to get this game on for obvious reasons, so let's see eh?

Just going on the fact most grassroots fixtures in the area have already been called off and more rain is forecast. Not doom and gloom just being realistic, although in terms of doom and gloom the news of Hadys departure has made me feel that way inclined.

I coach at under 9 and all games at my level and higher on grass are being called off. Obviously I expected FFC to have better drainage than the local parks and schools but still got my fingers crossed. I’m assuming pitch inspection will be early to try to avoid Yeovil fans setting off and getting here for nothing.
If it’s on I would love to see high numbers, Aldershot are away also so wonder if some of them may come along to help out the numbers.
