A small tweak to the forum settings

I've changed the forum member ranking names to make it more obvious who are the newbies and who are established contributors.
The ranking names are driven by the number of posts contributed by each forum member:-
- Trialist (1 to 14 posts)
- Squad member (15 to 49)
- 1st team regular (50 to 249)
- Senior pro (250 to 499)
- Club stalwart (500+)
You know what you need to do if you want to move up the rankings!
