Interview with Spencer mentions Millar Matthews-Lewis on loan from Luton U21s.
Mekka out on loan for rest of season. Recall clause.
Payce joining a club at a higher level so good luck to him.
Sounds like at least one more player will be departing/loaned out.
Also hoping to announce one more 'exciting' signing.

Can’t see who we can afford to let go tbh.
Other than those out on loan (Mekki, Perez, Pace & Jobson) and the new kid Mukuna, everyone else are an important part of the squad.
Excluding those on loan to us (Kuhl, Clark, Ghandour, Mason) who of the below 13 players, which are actually Boro players can we afford to let go???
Turner Ball JNW CJ Robinson Nelson Young Cullen Pendlebury Maloney Saied Holmes Bradbury
There’s only one candidate for me but I’m not going to name names as I’d prefer to not lose any of the 13.

Like you say, we can't really afford to lose anyone, but if it's about balancing the books and based on overall form, I'd say Taylor Maloney is the only real candidate. Kuhl and Clark are loans until the end of the season, Penders seems to be sticking around (although he could be out the door I suppose) and then we can get Perez back who has been underused in my opinion.

I’d be inclined to agree re Maloney, he is who I was thinking tbh. I’d like to see him stay though, I do think there is more to come from him. Perez I also agree wasn’t given a fair crack of the whip, but once you’re loaned out to a side playing at a lower level, unless you absolutely smash it, is there anyway back!?

I don't know how he is doing actually. I always thought he did well when he played. He's a holding midfielder which we've needed really and that's what he did well. Was never spectacular but that's not his role. He seemed to be a scapegoat for the midfield earlier in the season and then Jayden Davis, Penders and Kuhl came in. There is the possibility Penders could be off if the deal is too much. Spencer did say he was talking to him. He's not been the same since he's come back. That's Aldershit for you.
