FA Cup Replays

So, we've reached the stage of the season where the third round is upon us and the age old debate is circulating once again.
Should replays be scrapped?
Premier League managers like Thomas Frank, Mikel Arteta and Jurgen Klopp have said yes, but I doubt non-league managers would feel the same way.
Replays were scrapped due to COVID regulations, but came back in the 22/23 season. Since then, in the proper rounds, 17 non-league teams earned a replay against a higher league team. Only one team out of those (Shots) won their replay, but even if the chances are slim, that's the magic of the FA Cup, and it earns the club more money through attendance and maybe TV!
I don't know the official figures of our cup run, but we won't have had far off £50K of prize money alone last season, and because of the split gate we would had quite a bit more from Wrexham and Sutton too! And ok, we didn't get any replays other than one at the very start, but it's still an excellent prospect to get a replay back at your own yard and get a second bite of the cherry!
Jurgen Klopp's main argument was "We have to find a solution so that smaller clubs aren't a problem for clubs who play all three days." In 22/23 season, we played 56 games with the league and various competitions. We are a part time team with players who have other jobs. In the same season that we played 56 games, Liverpool, one of the biggest teams, played 52 games.
Replays are not only a tradition, but bring much needed money too. The FA Cup is everything to clubs like us, and many others and the 700+ clubs that enter, but it looks like they'll be changing it for just six of them.
