You put my point across very well, jumaiton.
Thing is, it isn't JUST the players that are responsible. Clearly there is a mental block when it comes to away games and the responsibility is on both players and managements shoulders. It very rarely seems to be Spencer's fault. In the dressing room give them a dressing down, but he was high on adrenaline and emotion and you could see the steam coming out of his ears.
It IS a joint problem, players AND management!! It's not one or the other, responsibility has to be accepted on both sides. As in all management /staff issues it's a two way thing. Communication has to be given and received and understood from BOTH directions!! If it isn't you have a major problem!!
The last line of the jumaiton's post is the most poignant, giving a report is fine and welcome, but just give it some time for reflection before doing it. In my view, immediately after the game is not the best time, win or lose!

I still think a promotion push is optimistic but not impossible but we're still a bit green at this level. If we can keep the bulk of this squad together so they all get to know each others game like the back of their hands we'll be in a much stronger position.
