Absolute shambles. Second to everything and players not looking interested. Spencer didn't fancy play offs then?!

It was a very poor performance. The match was completely dead once the ref awarded Slough the penalty and the second goal was scored. It will be interesting to watch it back as I wasn’t convinced it was a pen, but granted viewing from from behind the opposite goal, it is very difficult to have any degree of certainty.
First half was the standard long throws leading to nothing, second to everything, Slough centre backs winning every header, ref very poor with every decision seeming to go the home sides way. Jordan went off injured and then five minutes later Olly came off for Ricky in what I can only assume was a tactical change.
Second half we got the ball on the floor a little bit more and looked more dangerous than in the first half (impossible not to really) but we never really created anything of note.
At the final whistle Ricky had the squad sat on the pitch seemingly giving them a few stern words akin Phil Brown.
I stayed on in the bar to watch the Grand National and on my way out noticed Spencer sat alone in the dugout, seemingly deep in thought looking a bit of a forlorn figure, which did make me wonder whether all is well in the dressing room.
Three defeats on the bounce and play offs look gone. It would take a miracle now. Maximum points would be needed in all of the last 4 matches to give us any chance.
Still, when all is said and done it’s been an enjoyable season and had we been offered a top half finish (which should be achievable) at the start of the season, we’d have definitely taken it. Hopefully we can retain most of the squad, enhance it further, and have a real go next season!

Can't see us making any more than 69 points unless we beat Worthing on Tuesday.
So, biggest game of the lot I reckon..

That was simply a question of who wants it most?? and they did, without doubt.
Blaming the plastic pitch would be an easy cop out, and I don't like them anyway, but that wasn't the problem today!!
We still do not have that solid central controlling midfielder, the nasty b****rd, who takes control, and frightens the oppo. The one that distributes and encourages. The one that wins matches for you.
Some of the team seem to think the season is over, play offs out of reach, or maybe don't want to play National League??, and if that's the case there needs to be some serious weeding out before next season!
Strange also that it was Ricky leading the after match rollicking in the centre circle!! while Spencer sat in the dugout!!
Make of that what you will, but attitudes have to change all round before Tuesday as this really is the make or break game!!!
We CAN do it IF we want to!!! Some serious mirror looking in to needed!!
COME ON YOU YELLOWWSSAA!!
