Didn't get ten. #SpencerOut
But in all seriousness, that is excellent. Very pleased that we have done that and got through to the first round. Well done all. Now for Sheffield Wednesday away, probably.
The draw is on BBC Two at 7pm on Monday.

A surprisingly comfortable win today, and I was expecting a much tougher effort from Biggleswade. Totally dominated from the off, and it could well have been 10, but credit to a Biggleswade side that kept going, but were outclassed in the end.
In other games: Shots were dumped 2-0 by Chelmo, Wins for Bracknell, Ebbsfleet, Eastleigh, Merthyr, Woking, and Weymouth dump Havant and Taunton draw with Yeovil.
Mystic Meg says Merthyr away!!, but anyone at home will do!!
Glued to the telly Monday night people! BBC2 7.00p.m.
COME ON YOU YELLOWWSSAA!!

Noteworthy fa cup games from today:
Us and Dagenham had the highest scoring margins of the round, each at 7-0.
Boreham Wood won 5-3.
Coalville shocked Notts County 3-2.
And in terms of long journeys, Folkestone went to Merthyr and lost 2-1, while Blyth Spartans have to travel to Wales for a replay with Wrexham!

Wow, not seen us dominate a game like that at home in quite a while - it was the game when finally everything stuck! Took a bit of luck via a deflection to get us going, but Biggleswade were never really in it. To give them credit they never rolled on their back and ask us to tickle their belly - they competed and played as best they could trying to get something out of it, but they just could not touch us.
Good to see the subs being used early to rotate players and keep every one hungry and interested... After this knowing our luck our 'reward' will be a trip to Sandhurst to play Bracknell!... First round proper gents, something to celebrate tonight!

Money wise including TV
Ipswich Town, Portsmouth or Plymouth at home.
Chance for Round 2
Alvechurch, Bracknell, Merthyr or Needham Market
For the Cynics, who think everything goes against Farnborough
Barrow, Carlisle, Hartlepool or South Shields away.

Money:
Google tells me that we earned £9,375 for winning today.
And that the winner of the 1st round proper wins £41,000.
But can't see any cash stated for loser of the 1st round proper. Is that the case? Do they just get a share of gate money if they lose...?
Posting on behalf of our next opponent!

And in news elsewhere Chelmo winning caused Aldersh*t to chop their gaffer minutes after the final whistle... How rapid this was suggests a level of pre-planning - but where does this leave the Amartey loan - he looked just like he did last year: strong and hungry, ok a little rusty but far more dynamic than what we have seen up front of late, partnering well with Hish.

Aldershot don't have a pot to piss in and now they're paying off a manager's contract. That'll hurt. Interesting to see where they go next.
Any new gaffer would want to take a look at the squad. Amartey obviously wants to make it in the full-time game. so they'll definitely want to have a look.
