And there you have the difference!! One slip, one mistake by Ade, ball slipped across and a wonder strike.... 1 nil!! Another very strong, controlled effort, by a decent Club like Bath, and we chase a few shadows. It really is becoming a steep learning curve!! Havant away, on the plastic, on Monday has become an even stronger test!! Really good Bank Holiday crowd of 643 though, which was a bonus. Odds for a 1-0 away win on Monday? ?? COME ON YOU YELLOWWSSAA!!

All things considered, that was the deserved result.
We started off immediately on the front foot and I think we surprised them. Kenny Davis played well in midfield, and Jordan and Reggie controlled the wing well.
The ref was extremely lenient in the first half, particularly on Lokko who somehow was only awarded a yellow card for catapulting one of the opposing players across the field. Her leniency only lasted for 45 minutes as the second half seemed to be stopped more frequently as it became more scrappy. They went down at every opportunity and we became more desperate. Our set pieces, as usual, didn't work, and we pinged long balls forward with no real intention or eventual result.
They closed Jordan, and most of the squad, down during the second half having came out much stronger.
I'm not sure who the official MOTM was, but in front of a good 643 people, I think Reggie put in a good performance.
Onto a much trickier, full time, plastic pitch Havant on Monday!

Anyone else notice Steve King there today with his notebook? Wonder why? ๐ Has he even got a job ATM after being sacked by Dartford? We still have the same problem of not being able to finish. Starting to wonder with Ferdinand and Lee unable to score and Parker now gone Why Hisham isnโt getting more than 10-15 minutes a game.

Thought a draw would have been a fairer outcome - the margins at this level really are as tight as a duckโs ar$e. We are competitive but at present just cannot seem to convert this into what the performances are worthy of.
