I hope you don't mind me posting Nigel. Just to clarify the Club's Track and Trace procedure, ahead of our first home game of the new season. Track and Trace
Each spectator must complete a Track and Trace form prior to entry. The form can be completed either as a Paper copy or via the evePASS app. Paper form (DOWNLOAD HERE)
If possible please print, fill out and bring to the game to help speed up the Turnstile process. If you do not have a printer, forms will be available outside the Turnstiles. evePASS app (QR CODE AND GUIDE)
Check in anywhere safely and easily with the evePASS app. Simply scan the QR code, enter your contact information just once and check-in at any participating location by scanning their code. The QR code will be displayed at the Turnstiles for scanning. Supporters must inform the Turnstile operator that they have checked-in through the app. GDPR
Information will be used solely for the purpose of NHS Track and Trace. Records will be held by Farnborough Football Club for a period of 21 days, and then securely destroyed in accordance with GDPR.

Please reply below, PM me or email the Club ( info@farnboroughfc.co.uk) if any supporters have further questions. Additional information, such as the Club's Risk Assessment and Inside Stadium Guidance, is available on the COVID-19 page of the official website.

Not a problem Dom, you're always welcome to post on here!
I do have a question though, is using the evePass app a substitute for printing a printed form, or an either/or?

Thanks Nigel!
Either will be acceptable submissions. Paper form OR evePASS app.
The evePASS app is an alternative to filling out a Paper form, for those who may not be so tech-savvy.
The Club would prefer supporters to use the contactless evePASS app if possible; to help minimise the handling of paper, pens etc.
