A tweet was put out earlier:
"BREAKING:
The FA is aiming for the new non-league season to start in September.
"This is subject to change in accordance with Government guidance & approval for paying spectators which may be published from time to time."
Leagues (or FA Competitions) are proposed to start on:
Steps 1 & 2: No earlier than Saturday 5th September 2020 Steps 3 & 4: Saturday 19th September 2020 Steps 5 & 6: From Saturday 5th September 2020"

This remains the same but Blackfield & Langley have voluntarily relegated themselves to the Wessex Football League Premier Divison. As a result the Southern League South has been reduced to 21 clubs.
