From the sounds of it on the radio the weather didn’t help us much also lots of new faces still gelling if this weather continues then I’d imagine Eastbourne on the coast on Saturday will be tough.

3 points lost. Dominated a first half but did not create enough incisive chances to put the game to bed. Hemel got lucky from a wayward Folivi shot that was going nowhere near the goal falling onto the foot of one of their players and a well taken second goal as they sniffed victory.
Biggest concern is Bradbury & Hish going off injured 🤦🏻♂️

Really tough one to take. Hemel were poor and frankly were there for the taking. We were so comfortable first half and really should have added a goal or two to our lead playing down the hill.
Second half was similar we had a couple of opportunities to extend the lead and again we looked comfortable up until about 65 minutes, after that Hemel started to get on top without really creating much, but you could sense the equaliser was coming.
It didn’t stop raining all night, as well as there being a strong wind to contend with, conditions were tough but it was the same for both teams.
Really felt like same old to be honest, the travelling fans deserved better. I am still not sure how we went home with nothing. It’s going to be hard to find motivation to drive to Eastbourne on Saturday.
Looking for positives, CJ had a great match and took his goal really well. Bradbury and Hish were causing problems during the 45 minutes they had together. Bradbury looks a real handful, I just hope he can keep his head, although in fairness he was booked for a nothing challenge. Matthews Lewis also looked capable when he came on. There were some moments of good passing football but ultimately it had a familiar feel and our soft underbelly was once again exploited.

Of which at least 50 must have been Boro! Appalling home support, they must have a wealthy financial backer otherwise how can they afford Folivi’s wages let alone the rest of their squad!?

Biggest concern is Bradbury & Hish going off injured 🤦🏻♂️ Having just listened to the Spencer interview (in a wind tunnel) sounds like Mason's recurring long-term injury means he won't ever play for us and we have to look elsewhere for a right back (again). On the plus side, Bradbury was only expected to play for 60 mins due to fitness then he was taken off early as Hemel were succeeding in their mission to get him sent off. Hish was only supposed to play 60 too due to fitness so neither of those are actual injuries (although Ghandor is injured currently).
